I too have taken an interest in their own PVR, but there was no indication anywhere of when that would be available. Besides, I really want a solution that gives me ready access to the recordings and better control of scheduling - e.g. being able to do this remotely by sending the computer an email containing the schedule information is great.
Just in passing, where are you based? There are numerous Telewest installation areas across the country. Are you using a Mac or a Windows PC? My Miglia Evolution TV box is expected to arrive on the 19th April... not sure how I'm going to sit tight for that long!
