Apache / Plone rewrite rule to serve a Plone site on a standard port (80)

To implement a rewrite rule that allows a Plone site running on a non-standard port (8200, 8400 etc) to be accessible through port 80. Uses Apache.

  1. Register the domain name to point at the machine
  2. Install Virtual Host Monster (VHM) in Plone instance
